Vapour chamber heatsinks
Compared to heat pipes, vapour chamber offer even better heat spread and are ideally suited for industrial and high-performance electronics. Complex geometries can be realised, enabling rapid heat dissipation in a confined space.
Multiple direct contacts to the heat source with a contact pressure of up to 90 PSI paired with easy mounting make additional base plates and clamps unnecessary. The heat sinks are not only extremely reliable, they can also be used more flexibly as the cooling performance is less affected by gravity than with heat pipes.
