Skived fin
Small form factor systems with low installation heights require the best possible cooling in a very small space. EKL AG offers coolers made of copper or aluminium with heights of less than 30 mm and a large surface area without additional thermal resistance through soldering or crimping. The "scraped" fins are seamlessly connected to the base plate and thus guarantee high-performance heat transfer. Small series can also be realised due to low tooling costs.
