Liquid cooling plate
Conventional air coolers can reach a thermal resistance of 21..23 C/kW. A significant improvement can be achieved with liquid-flow cooling plates. Due to their good thermal conductivity, the plates are made of copper or aluminium alloys. To reduce the thermal resistance even further, the plates are made as thin as possible and have a large number of channels running through them.
Your advantages
- Better heat dissipation than air cooled heat sinks
- Suitable for narrow spaces
- Cooling liquid can be easily transferred to another location
- Simple connection to existing cooling circuit possible
